Job description

You are the first ambitious voice or the first face for customers of an internationally operating real estate company. You will support the field staff by ensuring the smooth running of the rental, property acquisition and furniture sales activities in the DAREBELL office.

Your job

You will master inquiries and complaints with excellence and work together with your colleagues to develop ideal solutions.

You actively participate in coordinating and organizing tasks within the team.

You continuously enhance our services by understanding the needs of our tenants and landlords and identifying optimization potential.

You develop and implement relevant key performance indicators for measuring and controlling operational processes.

Your personality

You have a radiant and cheerful personality with an infectious laugh.

You have outstanding skills in telephone communication.

You have a keen interest in the real estate market.

Ideally, you have completed a commercial education.

You have several years of professional experience in real estate.

You possess MS Office skills and a Class B driver's license.

You speak perfect German and good English.
