This privacy policy applies to all persons who use the services of DAREBELL Interior GmbH, hereinafter referred to as DAREBELL. We hereby inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data by our company. We respect your privacy and endeavor to strictly comply with the legal requirements for the processing of your personal data (EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR), DSG 2000, DSG 2018 and TKG 2003). All your personal data will be processed on this basis.

The controller responsible for data processing is DAREBELL (DAREBELL Interior GmbH, Lendplatz 30, 8020 Graz), its representative is Mario Weissensteiner, Lendplatz 30, 8020 Graz). No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal requirement to do so.

It is our special concern to protect and securely store all personal data entrusted to us by you. In this document, you will learn more about how we use and process your personal data.

Purpose, Legal Basis, Storage Duration, and Data Recipients

We require the collected personal data for the processing of the contractual relationship, including text documents created and archived for this purpose, for contract fulfillment, billing, customer service purposes, and advertising purposes. The data is collected, stored, processed, and used for these purposes.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is, on the one hand, the contractual relationship, legal obligation, and, on the other hand, your consent (e.g., contact form, newsletter, cookies). Non-provision of the data can have various consequences.

We process your personal data (contact details such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc., as well as data necessary for the identification and processing of the contractual relationship, such as account and payment data, contract data, correspondence) for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after its termination, for at least as long as legal retention periods exist or limitation periods for potential legal claims have not expired.

Disclosure is only made to the minimal extent necessary for contract processing, based on a legal basis, or if there is a legitimate interest in the business transaction of those involved (third parties).

Possible recipients may include

Under no circumstances will your data be disclosed for advertising purposes or the like. Our employees and service providers are bound to confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

In the course of operating our websites, we engage STRIPE, which may access your personal data in the course of its activities, provided that they require the data to fulfill their respective services. They have committed themselves to compliance with applicable data protection regulations vis-à-vis us. Data processing agreements in accordance with Art 28 GDPR have been concluded. There is no right to data portability.

Online purchase

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for subsequent contract processing, the website operator DAREBELL Interior GmbH stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as name, address, telephone number, email address. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

The data name and email address may be transmitted to the payment service provider Stripe for the purpose of payment of the order and to our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations. They have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. An order processing contract has been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. You can request further information on the processors commissioned by us at interior@darebell.com

The data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 GDPR (in particular, consent and/or necessity for the performance of a contract).

Cookies, other tracking tools, and web analysis

Use of cookies:

We use cookies on various pages to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. These are small text files that are stored on your computer. These help to identify the surfing behavior of a user and thus parts of the website or certain information can be adapted to the interests of the user. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard disk at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Website analysis - Google Analytics:

DAREBELL also uses Google's Remarketing feature. Consent and Right of Withdrawal

If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will only process it after your express consent.

In principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that the consent of your legal representative is available.

In such a case, the data previously stored about you will be anonymized and used solely for statistical purposes without personal reference. DAREBELL employs technical and organizational security measures to protect stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, or destruction and against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

Your Rights

Unless there is a statutory retention obligation, you have the right to have this data deleted and to object to its processing.
