You are the first ambitious voice or the first face for customers of an internationally operating real estate company. You will support the field staff by ensuring the smooth running of the rental, property acquisition and furniture sales activities in the DAREBELL office.
Your job You will handle inquiries and complaints with flying colors and work out ideal solutions in cooperation with your colleagues. You will contribute to the coordination and co-organization of tasks in the team. You will constantly develop our services further by perceiving the needs of our tenants and landlords and recognizing potential for optimization.
Your personality You have a radiant and cheerful personality with an infectious laugh You have outstanding telephone communication skills You have a keen interest in the real estate market Customer and service orientation is part of your DNA Nothing can get you out of your head in a hurry, because you are a master of self-organization Your high motivation and personal responsibility speak for you You have a hands-on mentality and are outgoing and communicative You speak perfect German and good English You have MS Office skills and a class B driver's license You enjoy photography and copywriting You have several years of professional experience in real estate
