Your job

You support our operations manager in organizational and administrative tasks.

You will handle questions and complaints with excellence and collaborate with your colleagues to develop ideal solutions.

You actively participate in coordinating and organizing tasks within the team.

You continuously improve our services by understanding the needs of our tenants and landlords and identifying optimization potential.

Your personality

You have a radiant and cheerful personality with an infectious laugh.

You have outstanding skills in telephone communication.

Customer orientation and service are part of your DNA.

You are highly organized.

You remain calm under pressure.

Your high level of commitment and self-responsibility speak for you.

You have a hands-on mentality and are sociable and communicative.

You speak perfect German and good English.

You have knowledge of MS Office.

You have a Class B driver's license.
